I am a lifetime practitioner of martial arts and Yoga, and have taught internationally for the past ten years. I was introduced to Yoga as a child and have always made it a part of my day. I teach a very rigorous and structured class that leaves you feeling calm and relaxed.
By taking advantage of the body’s natural tendency toward expansion and contraction we are able to seemingly “float” into the pose.
I believe peace is found through devotion to one’s chosen practice, and that the highest spiritual attainment is the continuous enjoyment found through the sharing of that practice.
