Hatha is a very structured and specific science practiced methodically until each piece is mastered. It is a rigorous discipline meant to free us from physical tension. Hatha explores a wide range of poses for increased vitality, strength, balance and mental focus. Special attention is given to postural alignment, lengthening the muscles and promoting healthy joint mobility. 60 minutes
Vinyasa This is a very active and stimulating class that develops grace and poise. Challenging arm balances and other time tested yoga sequences give this class a very meditative quality while developing a body that resembles “Steel wrapped in Silk.” 90 minutes
